Our Story
It started as a lash studio.
Royal began in 2014 as Royal Lashes Studio, a small space in Guelph founded by Carolyn Thai with one stubborn idea: treat every client like the only client. That quiet rule is still how we operate.
As demand for medical-grade aesthetic treatments grew, Royal expanded into Royal Medical Spa, offering neuromodulators, dermal fillers, radiofrequency microneedling, laser, and regenerative therapies under clinical oversight. Same rule, more treatments.
Today we serve clients throughout Guelph, Cambridge, and Kitchener-Waterloo. We're still small on purpose.
