How it works.

Every facial starts with a skin analysis. We adjust the products and steps in real-time, the facial you get this month may be different from next month, because your skin is different. We use only medical-grade lines: ZO Skin Health, EltaMD, and select professional peels.

A typical flow: double cleanse, exfoliation (enzyme or gentle acid), extraction if needed, mask (hydrating or brightening), LED therapy, moisturizer and SPF. No massage-only fluff, every step is doing work.

What it won't do

A medical facial won't replace injectables or energy-based treatments for deeper concerns like laxity or deep wrinkles. It won't instantly remove pigmentation, that's Lumecca's job. It's the base layer, not the headliner.

60 minutes in a private room. Analysis first, then cleanse, exfoliate, extract (if needed), mask, LED, moisturize, SPF. You leave with homecare notes for the next 48 hrs.

First 48 hoursImmediate glow

Skin looks luminous and feels clean. Avoid active ingredients (retinol, acids, vitamin C) for 24 hours. Gentle cleanser, heavy moisturizer, SPF. No heat exposure the day of.

iii.

Week 1–2Maintenance window

The glow settles into healthier-looking baseline. Monthly cadence compounds real improvement. Pair with at-home ZO to accelerate.

Yes. Our facials use medical-grade actives (higher-strength acids, enzymes, retinol) and are supervised under medical directives. The goal is measurable skin improvement, not just relaxation.

Monthly is the sweet spot for most people, matches your skin's cell turnover cycle. We offer a monthly membership at a discount for clients who want to commit.

Light mineral makeup is fine. We recommend letting skin breathe for a few hours and skipping foundation until the next day if possible.

Sometimes, especially on a first visit with congestion. Purging from extractions can show up in 2–4 days and resolves quickly. It's not the same as an allergic reaction.

Yes, 5–7 days before. That gives any mild purging or redness time to resolve and the glow time to peak.

The basic hydrating + extraction facial is safe. We skip retinoid and certain acid peels during pregnancy, tell us when you book and we'll adjust.
