What to know.
Just yourself and, if relevant, a list of any medications or supplements you take. We'll take photos for your file (for your reference, not for marketing) and go through your goals and history.
If you're considering injectables and want the option to treat on the same day, avoid alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E, and blood thinners for 24–48 hours beforehand to reduce bruising risk. A plain consultation (no treatment) needs no prep.
Virtual consultations are complimentary and unhurried (30 minutes). In-person consultations are $50 + HST, applied toward your treatment if you proceed. Either way you leave with a written plan and quoted cost, no pressure to book anything same-day.
All major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and Apple / Google Pay. Some treatments are eligible for Beautifi financing (0% for qualifying plans), ask at your consult if that's useful.
Yes, 20-minute video consultations are available for anyone outside Guelph or who wants to start the conversation before travelling in. Book through Fresha or email info@royalmedicalspa.ca.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked treatment cost, it keeps the schedule workable for the whole room.
